HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY HOME?

Our booking process is as easy as it can get. Just enter your details at our booking section on our page, or contact us through our email or phone numbers to assist you in booking your perfect holiday home.

CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD AT THE VILLA?

Yes, credit card payment facility is available at our villas.

HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE CAN WE CANCEL OUR BOOKING?

If you plan to cancel your booking, you can proceed with cancellation ideally 3 days before your booking dates.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN CHECKING IN?

Depending on the size of your property, we will hold a refundable amount as security deposit upon check in. As you are checking out, our designated guest relation officer will inspect your apartment for any damages and refund you the deposit.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE UPON CHECK IN?

Our Check-in procedure is smooth and quick in order to facilitate our guests to the maximum. We just require confirmation of cell number and ID Card/Passport to verify your booking for our holiday home.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES FOR HOLIDAY HOMES?

The standard Check-in and Checkout time for our Holiday Homes are 12:00 pm. However, flexibility for the time is adjusted according to the guest’s requirements.

IS THERE ANY ASSISTANCE PROVIDED DURING THE STAY?

At Komfort, we prioritize the needs of our guests at all times. Assistance is available on demand for required services, which include cleaning, cooking, laundry along with other options.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

As per our cancellation policy, any stay which is cancelled in less than 2 weeks of the check in day, is non refundable.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE OPTION OF TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES?

Transportation facilities are available as per requirement of our guests. You can convey your transportation needs to us in advance in order to avoid inconvenience later.

WHAT ARE SAFETY PROCEDURES UNDER COVID-19 PHASE?

Our Holiday Homes are carefully cleaned and sanitized after check-out of guests, as well as before arrival of any new guests. At Komfort, health is our first priority to provide you and your loved ones a safe and healthy space to enjoy your vacations in.

CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL BED IN THE VILLA?

Additional Bedding in the Villa is available as per requirement of the guests. This bedding is available in the form of extra mattresses, with additional charges.

CAN I BOOK A TOUR BEFORE I ARRIVE IN DUBAI?

Komfort offers the facility to book your ideal Dubai tour before your arrival. You can contact us to get more information about booking tours beforehand.

ARE THE VILLAS SUITABLE FOR KIDS AND BABIES?

Our villas are cleaned daily, and are facilitated with best quality furnishings that make our Holiday Homes safe and suitable for all families, including kids and babies.

CAN WE MAKE A BBQ IN THE VILLA?

For open-spaced villas, you can avail the option of having a lively BBQ on your vacation. However, for apartments, there are some community guidelines that may act as a hurdle in this.

HOW CAN I ORDER FOOD AND OTHER SERVICES?

Komfort provides you the option of availing our services of hiring your own Cook during your stay, as well as the option to explore the best restaurants in Dubai. You can easily order at the Komfort of sitting in your Holiday Home!

IS THERE STABLE INTERNET IN THE VILLAS?

Our Holiday Homes are equipped with high-speed internet facility at all times to assist you in connecting around the world.
